Hi Everyone. It’s New Year again and we are all busy coming up with resolutions for ourselves. Don’t forget your skin. We all need to resolve to take better care of our skin, and compared to some of the doomed to fail resolutions we are going to make (you know who you are) resolving to have better skin in 2025 is something easily achievable.

Step One: Make the resolution to take better care of your skin

Step Two: Write down 4 goals to focus on. A good 4 to start with are:

Thoughtful cleaning

Intentional hydration

Simple Protection

Nutrition inside and outside

Step Three: Write down 2-3 actions you can take in each category.

Step Four: Implement with a twist so you don’t get bored or overwhelmed. Don’t try to do all the actions each day. Vary.
